A Guided Check-In
We begin with a relaxed and supportive movement consultation where we observe how your body works. This includes lifestyle-based discussions, posture checks, and gentle movement tests to determine your starting point. We’ll identify whether you're managing discomfort, avoiding movement out of fear, or ready to ease into strength.

Begin building body awareness through gentle, guided movement.
This session introduces controlled, beginner-friendly movements that activate the upper and lower body without using external weights. Exercises like assisted pull-ups, foam roller hinges, and supported planks are used to spark engagement and control, setting the groundwork.
Add tension, build coordination, and move with purpose.
Here, we increase muscular engagement through tension-based movements such as TRX rows, supported push-ups, and lunges. Clients learn how to move with more confidence, apply better control, and feel how the body responds to progressive challenges, still within a safe and manageable range.
Combine engagement and tension, create flow.
This session links movement into more compound sequences like squats with overhead reach, alternating lunges, and core holds with active pulls. It’s where technique meets flow, and clients experience how different parts of the body coordinate to work together efficiently with increased tension.
Increase resistance and reinforce movement quality.
Clients begin to work with external resistance in exercises like loaded carries, tempo squats, and bodyweight planks with reach. This session bridges the gap between feeling stable and being strong, always prioritising control and confidence.
Reassess gains and explore what’s next.
In our final session, we revisit what’s improved and where potential lies. We reassess movement quality and guide clients to reflect on how their discomfort, confidence, and capacity have changed. From there, we map out what’s next: a programme for deeper work or a PT path based on their goals or Recalibrate.

Now we shift to load and progression, introducing strength movements that challenge your stability, power, and coordination. Think tempo lifts, single-limb work, and tailored resistance that meets you where you're at, but doesn’t let you stay there.
